Welcome to CLAT Mentorship Program by Akansh Jain HNLU (“CMP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

CMP provides mentorship and guidance for law entrance exams including CLAT, AILET, SLAT, and others. Services include exam preparation, counseling, and college admission guidance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you require parental consent.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment in any batch is subject to payment and confirmation.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by CMP.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Do not misuse the services or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources are owned by CMP and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CMP is not responsible for exam results, college admissions, or any indirect damages arising from use of our services.
